A booking is not confirmed until the full deposit of one night tariff is paid. The balance will normally be charged on morning of arrival if arrival is on Saturday or Sunday balance of payment will be processed Friday prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
Low /Mid-Season:
- All cancellations outside of 30 days prior to arrival date may cancel free of charge and full deposit will be refunded.
- All cancellations inside 30 days to 5 days of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the first nights’ accommodation.
- All cancellations inside of 5 days of the arrival date will incur a payment of the full accommodation amount.
- In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
High Season:
1st April to 18th April 2022, 24th June to 10th July 2022, 16th September-to 3rd October 2022, 10th December 2022 to 28th January 2023, 31st March to 16th April 2023, 23rd June to 10th July 2023, 15th September to 2nd October 2023, 10th December to 27th January 2024.
